• If a cancellation request is made after the specified period, a partial refund or no refund may apply, depending on the situation.

• If a booking or appointment is canceled by DivyHealth AI Services

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If the product or service has already been used or consumed.
• If the customer fails to attend a scheduled appointment or event without prior notice.
• For digital products or services after they have been accessed or downloaded.
